Sihang Qiu works at the State Key Laboratory of Digital-Intelligent Modeling and Simulation (recently established in 2024) in Changsha, China. He is also affiliated with the College of Systems Engineering at NUDT. He received his Ph.D. from the Web Information Systems group of TU Delft in 2021. He holds a M.Sc. and a B.Eng. in Cybernetics. His research focuses on:

He serves as a PC member of conferences such as WWW, AAAI, and RecSys; he is an Associate Editor of the journal Expert Systems with Applications; he is a Youth Editor of the journal the Innovation.
